Incontinence pant Stay-Dry
Blümchen® StayDry incontinence pants:
These pants are a modern pad system with a soft StayDry membrane on the inside in the form of a brief. The absorbent pad is not inserted at the back, as with classic pocket diapers, but at the side via a large opening at the leg end. This provides an additional soft, elastic closure of the lining on the leg. The waterproof leg cuffs have a gusset, which provides excellent leakage protection and enough volume for additional absorbent pads. The incontinence pants are supplied with a body-shaped absorbent pad made of microfiber. These are snapped to the lining, but can be removed for the laudry. Additional absorbent pads can be ordered separately. The smallest possible additional pad is selected to ensure the required additional absorption capacity.
Sizes:
- XS/ Junior: waist size 38-60cm – for children between approx. 8 and 13 years – please measure!!!!
- S: waist size 55-90cm
- M: waist size 65-110cm
- L: waist size 85-130cm
The size should always be kept to a minimum, as the waist size is generous and also allows for overlaping, but the stride length must be adjusted exactly. If you choose a diaper that is too big, it will fit too loosely. If the waistband is large but the hips are rather slim, always choose the smaller size. With a smaller taller waistband, but strong hips, the larger size is better.
The snap version has a looser fit and is not as adjustable. Experience has shown that these fit slimmer people better.
Depending on your requirements, you can either combine the absorbant pads supplied with the absorbant pads of the same size or add smaller pads at certain points. Blümchen® offers body-shaped pads in sizes XS, S and L as well as folded pads in various materials. Small boosters for the inner brief can be found in the standard baby range, such as the bamboo charcoal absorbent pad.
The entire pair of pants must always be changed after wetting. Very luxurious version for maximum freshness and a dry feel.
Care: the pants can be washed at 40°C (short program/ polyester/ outdoor), or at 60°C if heavily soiled. We do not recommend washing at 60°C all the time, as this reduces the lifespan of the pants.
It is best to wash the absorbent pads separately using an intensive cotton program and the water PLUS button. Eco programs are not suitable due to the low water level. The diapers must not be soaked as this will cause the waterproof membrane to delaminate. We do not recommend to store dirty diapers for longer than one day to avoid mold growth and to protect the elastic cuffs.
Blümchen® incontinence briefs StayDry with snaps
This incontinence briefs joins where the Blümchen XL baby diapers leave off. It fits in size XS from about 25-30kg, so from about 8-10years.
It is a modern insert incontinence brief, which is equipped with a soft StayDry membrane inside. The absorbent pad is not inserted via the back closure, as is the case with classic pocket diapers, but via a generous opening at the side of the leg closure. This provides an additional soft, elastic closure of the lining on the leg. The waterproof leg closure offers a crease, which provides excellent leakage protection and enough volume for additional absorbent pads. The pants come with a body contoured microfiber soaker liner. Additional StayDry/bamboo or bamboo terry cloth soaker pads can be ordered separately.
The entire trousers are always replaced. The pads can be removed from the trousers for better washing results. Separately, the diaper also dries faster. Aleays wash pants and absorbent pads separately. This improves the washing result and increases the lifespan. For the waterproof panties, a short program is enough.

Washing instructions:
- pants washable at 40°C, absorbent pad up to 60°C; wash separately for better results
- Do not soak the pants – otherwise the waterproof membrane will delaminate
- use only powder detergents without optical brighteners
- never use fabric softeners, oils, greases, soaps (often grease back), bleach (chlorine) or acids
- no liquid detergents: they often contain oils, greases or a fabric softener component and are therefore not suitable, they make the Stay-Dry membrane water-repellent and impermeable

- XS: Tallie 45-85cm – length of inner pants 65cm
- S: Tallie 75-115cm – length of inner pants 75cm
- M: Tallie 85-125cm – Length of the inner pants 85cm – Suck in Large
- L: Tallie 95-140cm – length of the inner pants 95cm
Sizing: the briefs with snaps are not as adjustable as the pants with velcro. This is why we recommend these trousers for unproblematic body proportions.
Please also measure the crotch height, i.e. from the navel through the crotch to the tallie line at the back. This length should be shorter than the length of the inner trousers so that the trousers fit snugly in the waist and offer enough length for the bottom. When measuring on the border of two sizes, please always take the smaller size.
